When you fill out the enquiry or contact form on this website, we collect the following fields exactly as you enter them:

Full Name — to address you personally
Mobile Number — 10-digit Indian mobile number, for admissions follow-up calls
Email Address — for written correspondence
State & District — to understand your location for logistics
Message (optional) — any additional note you share
Source — which page of our website you submitted from (e.g. "home" or "contact")
Submission timestamp — date and time the form was submitted
Consent flag — a record that you checked the consent box at submission time

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Purpose of Collection

Your enquiry data is used solely for admissions follow-up by authorised OJAS ONE Academy staff. This includes calling or emailing you to provide information about courses, fees, batch schedules, and the admissions process. We do not use your data for third-party marketing or share it with any external advertising platform.

4. Where Your Data Is Stored

Enquiry data is stored on MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database service operated by MongoDB, Inc. Our database cluster is hosted on AWS / Mumbai (ap-south-1), meaning your data resides on servers located in India. Atlas data is encrypted at rest and in transit using TLS. 5. Who Can Access Your Data

Only authorised Academy staff with individual named accounts on MongoDB Atlas can view your enquiry data. Access requires multi-factor authentication. No shared logins are used. No one outside the Academy has access.

6. Retention Period

We retain your enquiry record for 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After this period, records are permanently deleted from the database.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection law (including the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to:

Know what personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Withdraw consent for us to contact you
