By accessing or using the OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence website (ojasone.com) or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Us

OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence is a NEET coaching institute located at Block M, Gangothri Campus, Rajivgandhi Nagar, Sunkadakatte, Bengaluru – 560091, Karnataka, India. We specialise in NEET (UG) exam preparation for Class 11, 12, and repeater students.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are intended for students who have completed or are completing Class 10, 11, or 12 under any recognised board. Students who are minors (under 18 years of age) must have a parent or legal guardian's consent before enrolling and using our services. By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate.

4. Programmes & Services

  • Programme details, timings, and fee structures are subject to change at the Academy's discretion.
  • Admission to a programme does not guarantee admission to any medical college or a specific score in NEET.
  • The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, faculty, schedules, or batch sizes without prior notice if required for operational reasons.
  • Study materials provided remain the intellectual property of OJAS ONE Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold.

5. Fees & Payment

  • All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
  • Fees once paid are subject to our Refund Policy (see Refund Policy).
  • The Academy is not responsible for any transaction failures due to third-party payment gateway issues, though we will assist in resolving them promptly.
  • Receipts will be provided for all payments made. Students should retain these for their records.

6. Student Code of Conduct

All students enrolled at OJAS ONE Academy are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly and maintain punctuality.
  • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students at all times.
  • Not engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning environment.
  • Not copy or share Academy study materials with unauthorised persons.
  • Adhere to the hostel and campus rules (if residing on campus).

Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or cancellation of enrolment without a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, study materials, videos, and course content, is the exclusive property of OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence and is protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.

8. Website Use
