Refund Policy

At OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence, we are committed to being transparent and fair in our fee and refund processes. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any programme.

1. Registration Fee

The registration/admission fee collected at the time of enrolment is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative processing, seat reservation, and initial study material costs.

2. Programme Fee — Refund Window

Programme fee refunds are governed by the following time-based schedule, calculated from the date of the programme's official commencement:

3. Hostel Fee

Hostel fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused period, after deducting any outstanding dues and a processing charge of ₹2,000. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of vacating the hostel and returning all Academy property.

4. Study Material

Study materials issued to a student are non-returnable and non-refundable once distributed. The cost of materials is deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

5. No Refund Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Expulsion or suspension due to disciplinary action or code of conduct violation.
  • Withdrawal after the 60-day window from programme commencement.
  • Non-attendance or irregularity (fees are not waived for absence).
  • Failure in Academy internal tests does not qualify as grounds for refund.

6. How to Apply for a Refund

To request a refund, the student or parent/guardian must:

  1. Submit a written refund request to the Admissions Office in person or via email at admissions@ojasone.com.
  2. Include the student's full name, enrolment number, course name, reason for withdrawal, and bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name).
  3. Return all issued study materials, identity cards, and hostel keys (if applicable).

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 15–21 working days from the date of acceptance of the refund request. Refunds will be transferred via NEFT/RTGS to the bank account provided. The Academy is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
